General Policies
Free Shipping
Macro Baby offers standard FREE UPS ground shipping within the Continental United States for orders over $100. Some larger items like large Cribs may have oversize shipping charges as stated on the individual product pages.
All Shipments to HI, Alaska and Puerto Rico Have a $55.00 Flat Shipping Fee. Heavyweight item charges do still apply and will be added to the shipping fees if appropriate.
We currently do not ship to any APO, FPO or PO Box because all packages are shipped via UPS delivery and UPS will not deliver to any APO, FPO, or PO Box. We do not ship international.
Shipping Policies
To calculate Shipping Charges, add an item to your shopping cart and enter your shipping address zip code to see the available shipping methods and charges for your order.

We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:

Our products come with the warranties offered by the manufacturer.
Return Policies
At Macro Baby, we are committed to providing a secure environment where our customers feel welcome and satisfied with their purchase. We understand that product returns occasionally occur. Due to sanitary and safety reasons we only accept returns for the following reasons:
- The order contains Damaged or Faulty product
- The order contains the wrong product which is not listed on your invoice.
Please read the following to obtain a comprehensive understanding of our return policies.
Damaged Products
If any product is defective upon receipt due to defects in materials or workmanship, please contact us immediately (see below). Macro Baby must receive all returns within 30 days upon receipt of order. To qualify for a return, the product must be defective.
Upon receipt of the defective product(s), Macro Baby would be glad to replace the item(s) with the same product or a different product of an equal or greater price. In the event that the product has been discontinued or is out of stock we will notify you via email. Note: Product can not be used. It must be Brand New With Tags.
Cancel Order
If you wish to cancel your order and we have NOT already shipped your order, contact us and we can cancel the order for you. If the order has already shipped, we can not cancel it.
Return Procedure
In the event that a product is found defective upon receipt, please complete a RMA Request form and we will contact you with further instructions on how to return your defective product(s).
