Exchange or return your item anytime from the original purchase date within 30 days if:
Original receipt is provided;
Item(s) are new, unopened and in original packaging;
With 30 days of original purchase date;
Gift items must include gift receipt. Any refund will be given in the form of a gift card.
Some items are not able to returned, including:
Clearance items (All sales are final on clearance items);
Consumable items such as food, drink and batteries;
Items damaged or abused;
Items missing any accessories
Intimate apparel or intimate garments such as panties (including but not limited to training panties), shape-wear and any item worn against the body below the waist with intimate contact;
All lotions and shampoo products;
Products shipped outside of the United States.
Shipping Charge Policy on Refunds and Exchanges
Delivery, packaging, and shipping charges are not refundable. Additional shipping charges may be assessed on replacement items unless the exchange is for the replacement of a defective product being returned according to our Exchange and Return Period policy, provided that the same product is re-shipped.
All products purchased online must be returned by mail, and may NOT be returned to a MacroBaby retail store or outlet store at this time.
All gift card purchases are final and may not be redeemed for cash.
Coordinate a Return
Please contact Customer Service to assist with your return prior to shipping your package back to us. This will help ensure that your return will be authorized for a refund.
Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original purchase method. We reserve the right to deny any return.
If the product is without the original package or shows signs of usage, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Once an item is removed from the packaging, the item must be handled through the manufacturer, according to federal law. Maintain your receipt and contact the manufacturer directly for warranty issues.
