At MacroBaby, we understand that preparing for your little one often requires planning and flexibility. That’s why we offer a Layaway Program—a convenient way for you to reserve the products you love today and pay for them over time.

Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about how our Layaway Program works:

🏬 In-Store Only

Layaway is available exclusively at MacroBaby physical store locations. This service is not currently available for online purchases.

💰 Minimum Down Payment

  • A 20% deposit of your total order is required to start a layaway.
  • Please note: all deposits are non-refundable.

⏳ Payment Period

  • You have 90 days (3 months) from the date of your initial deposit to complete the full payment.
  • You can make payments of any amount, at any time during this period.
  • Once your layaway is fully paid, your purchase will be available for pick-up.

U.S. Eligibility

  • Layaway is available to U.S. residents only.

📦 Hold Period

  • Your selected items will be reserved for up to 90 days starting from your initial deposit.

  • Debit Card
  • MacroBaby Gift Card

🪪 Identification Required

  • A valid photo ID is required to open a new layaway account and to pick up your completed order.

🔒 Non-Transferable

  • Layaway contracts are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person.

🚫 Final Sale Policy

  • Once a layaway is created and the product is reserved, cancellations and returns are not permitted. Please ensure your selections are final before starting a layaway.

✍️ Agreement

  • To begin a layaway, customers must sign a Layaway Contract, acknowledging and agreeing to all layaway rules and policies.
