How to Select Pick-Up

At checkout, choose Pick-Up Center as your shipping method. You’ll see a field to authorize a Pick-Up Person if someone other than the original purchaser will collect the order. Make sure this person brings a valid photo ID to pick up the items.

How to Pick Up Your Order

1. Bring a Valid Photo ID
   • The authorized person listed at checkout must present a valid photo ID.
   • If the person picking up is not the original purchaser, you must authorize them during checkout.
2. Provide Proof of Purchase
   • A printed or digital copy of the order confirmation is required—whether you paid by credit card or PayPal.
   • Orders will not be released without proper ID and order confirmation.

Pick-Up Hours

Pick-ups are available during store hours only: 

• 🕒 Monday – Saturday: 10am to 8pm
• 🕒 Sunday: 11am to 6pm

Processing & Availability

• Please allow 24–48 hours for order processing.
• Same-day pickup may not be available.
• You’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready.

Storage Policy

• Orders will be held for up to 90 days at no extra cost.
• From day 91 to day 180, a $5 daily storage fee will apply.
• After 180 days, the order will be canceled and any remaining funds forfeited.

Please note: The return window begins on the date of purchase, not the pickup date.
