• MacroBaby Truck Delivery: FREE delivery for orders $3,500+ within Miami & Orlando

Please note: Dropship items may not be eligible for free shipping.
Shipping costs and eligibility will be clearly displayed at checkout.
MacroBaby is not responsible for these charges, as they are determined and billed directly by the manufacturer or supplier fulfilling the order.

Check our website for items eligible for shipping. Orders over $49.99 ship FREE within the Contiguous United States.

• Oversized Items: Free shipping does not apply. Oversized fees are added during checkout.

• Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: These locations are not eligible for free shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated and charged at checkout.

• If your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, MacroBaby reserves the right to charge a redelivery fee based on the weight of the package and delivery location.

International Shipping

Ship to Brazil

All fees and import charges are now applied directly at checkout — no more shipping forms or email confirmations.
Simply complete your transaction, pay the applicable fees during checkout, and you’ll receive your tracking number once the order ships.

Types of Sales at MacroBaby

On our website, we work with different types of sales that may vary depending on how the order is shipped and who fulfills it.
Currently, we offer two main formats: Dropshipping and Collective Orders.
Here’s how each one works 👇

Dropshipping

Some items on our website are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from one of our partner warehouses — this process is called dropshipping.

Orders that include dropshipped items usually take around 7 to 10 business days to be processed and delivered, though the exact timeframe is always displayed on the product page.

These products are fulfilled by third-party partners rather than directly from our main warehouse.

Collective Orders

Collective Orders are purchases made through our website but handled and shipped directly by the manufacturer.

In these cases, MacroBaby acts as a marketplace, while the manufacturer manages processing, packaging, and shipping.

You can easily identify a Collective Order on the product page or at checkout — it will display:
“Shipped by [Manufacturer Name]” instead of “Shipped by MacroBaby.”

These orders may take additional processing time compared to those shipped directly from MacroBaby. The estimated timeframe is always displayed on the product page and during checkout.
