How does sleep counseling work?

Through a very thorough questionnaire, we will identify your baby's sleep problems and your family's needs. After a detailed analysis, we will develop an 100% personalized plan for your child.

During the consultancy, we will work on 3 aspects: environment, good habits and routine. And we will be together with you, helping you and answering questions during the process. Consulting is done in our Orlando Store or via Zoom.

The methodology we use is the ''pick up and put down'', which is a method that involves repetition. We teach the baby to self-soothe but without feeling abandoned.

While we respect all other methods used, our method does not involve controlled crying or "cry it out".

Why Seek Sleep Consultation?

In recent years, studies on the importance of sleep are on the rise due to the drastic increase in the indices of mood disorders, Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's, incorrect diagnoses of ADD and ADHD, obesity, among others.

When to seek sleep counseling?

We advise you to seek advice during pregnancy, more precisely, after the 30th week of pregnancy. During the preventive consultation, we explain to parents and caregivers the importance of sleep in the baby's life and provide guidance on what to do so that the baby already grows up with adequate sleep habits. In addition to providing all the guidance on the environment, routine, habits, sleep rituals, hormones, baby phases, sleep safety, among others. Furthermore, it is much easier to teach the baby the correct way to sleep than to eliminate a pre-established bad habit.

But don't worry, if your baby is already born and you're experiencing sleep deprivation, we'll be here to hold your hand and guide you through this process. You are not alone!

How do I book my baby sleep training consultation?

10 Day Counseling (4M - 5Y) > 1.5hrs consultation; Explanation about the importance of sleep, environment, good habits and routine; Identify the baby's difficulties and possible negative associations; Daytime routine creation; Creation of night ritual; 10 days daily support via whatsapp and phone; Digital Material.

30 Day Consultation (4M - 5Y) > First Consultation 1.5hrs + return for another 30 min session after 15 days;  Explanation about the importance of sleep, environment, good habits and routine; Daytime routine creation; Creation of night ritual; 30-day daily support via Whatsapp and phone; Digital Material.
